One of the things we all love about beer is, it’s inherently diverse with styles coming from a wealth of cultures. Yet, somehow we have difficulty extending the same ideology to other people. This problem has risen to the surface lately, but honestly, it’s always been there. Like a weed, it’s time to eradicate the root and sow the seeds of a better future for all. My next guest works to create this better landscape in the beer and service industries and will help you learn how to do your part.
This story is about an unfortunate reality that sadly exists. It’s for all people, of all genders, and backgrounds who have ever suffered at the hand of another. This episode is dedicated to those in the past, the present, and the future who’ve passionately entered the beer industry, but instead were met with mental, emotional, and physical harm.
