GBM 18 – Beer Appreciation, Education and Food Pairings with Master Cicerone, Ryan Daley

In the world of beer, many people pursue more, as in let’s drink more beer.  My next guest on Good Beer Matters Podcast, however, is a guide to something better, as in how to better appreciate and enjoy our beer.  In fact, few people in the world understand beer better than he does.  Since he is one of 16 Master Cicerone’s in the world, he is a part of a very elite and very well educated group of beer experts.  As a Master Cicerone®, he is able to talk fluently with brewer’s, chefs, food scientists and then translate for the rest of us.

He has graciously shared his thoughts on beer appreciation, food pairings and how to further educate ourselves in the wide world of beer.

I believe that the more we understand the stories, the context, the process and all that goes into the beer in our glass, the more that beer becomes a portal to a richer and more enjoyable life.  I hope you have enjoyed the stories and education from all of my guests in season 1 of Good Beer Matters.
