One definition I’ve heard of the word “professional” is to be so good at something, people are willing to pay you for it. My next guest has taken that to heart and made it his profession to provide us all in the beer industry with professional education.
His goal? To unify and elevate the beer industry. 
Craft beer is a fairly unique business in that we all generally support one another knowing it brings overall strength to the industry. Currently, we are about 9,000 breweries strong and growing. Through better education and open communication about best practices and more, we can keep it that way.
