Once upon a time in America, you could have any beer you wanted, so long as it was pale yellow and mass-produced. Then some revolutionaries challenged the status quo. My next guest led this charge and forever changed not just a nation, but the world of beer as we know it.
Building the craft beer industry took a lot of work from a lot of people. But, Charlie Papazian would have to be among the biggest contributors. So, if I could speak on behalf of home brewers and the beer industry, I would say, “Thank you Charlie, for inspiring all of us beer lovers around the world. We all hope you are relaxing and enjoying a home brew! You deserve it.”
In the next episode,
we visit with a home-brew educator who teaches us how and why we should brew at home.
