Beer BibleAmerican craft beer, originally built on passion and dreams, is now a legitimate business. It requires hard work to keep up with competition and stay relevant to the consumers. Yet, a number of our legacy breweries have recently closed or lost significant ground due to complacency or some other vice. My next guest has literally written the Bible on beer and helps us learn the difference between those breweries that thrive and those that fail.

Perhaps it’s a sign of industry maturity to see some breweries stay ahead of demand while others fall far behind. But it also reminds us that we vote with our dollars. If we love a brewery, we need to spend money there. But if your brewery is not receiving these dollars, it’s time to examine why.
