To paraphrase one of my favorite movies, Ratatouille, Not every home brewer can be a great pro, but a great pro brewer can come from anywhere.  Robert Masterson could easily have been that guy who made that beer that all his friends love and left it at that.  Instead, he put in the effort and the passion to grow and share his vision with anyone willing to taste something better.  If you ask me, that is the hallmark of a craft brewer.
