It takes a large chain of events to put a beer in a glass in front of us. More than most of us realize. When one of those links is threatened, so is the entire chain. My next guest is here to educate us all on a recurring threat to the beer chain as well as offering up a solution to prevent the beer industry from collapsing around us.
So how do we balance a threat to our environment and our demand for great beer? I don’t know. Honestly, I’m just a beer nerd with a microphone without a better idea. Perhaps the solution is to find those breweries who are capturing their own C02, and then supporting them by drinking their beer.
